24 Hour Yoga
The time we spend on a yoga mat is precious and personal. The foundation we establish from session after session of posture practice has practical, cumulative and meaningful results. Discovering and cultivating this type of shelter is essential to experiencing and knowing our own personal domaine. Once established, we become free to inquire into the direct and subtle experience of life.

Join us for a special week of Nia at ecce! Nia is a sensory-based movement practice that leads to health, wellness and fitness.
It empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Nia draws from disciplines of the martial arts, dance arts and healing arts.
A class for women in all stages of pregnancy. A wonderful way to introduce movement, breath awareness, and meditation into your pregnancy and birth journey. We will focus on not only strengthening the body and calming the mind, but we will also spend time learning to trust our intuition and inner truth, allowing us to move more gracefully through this amazing period in our lives. Combining chanting, breathing, meditating, movement, and time for relaxation, we will be able to connect more deeply with our babies as well as connect with other mothers-to-be.
