EFT refund means electronic funds transfer refund. Activity statement payment is the section on your Activity statement account where any payments you make sit (sort of like a “spending type” on your bank account like home, utilities, groceries…). The processed date will generally be before the effective date.
Can I refund a game I played for 3 hours?
Refunds are for games with less than 2 hours played and less than 14 days from purchase. It has to be both, less than 2 hours played AND less than 14 days from purchase. 3 hours play time wont be eligible for a refund.

Is COC being removed?
Rest assured, Clash of Clans isn’t shutting/closing down in 2022. It also isn’t going to disappear from the App Store or Google Play Store. Some users might need to update or replace their mobile device(s) in order to keep playing the online strategy game, though.
How long do EFT refunds take?
