What is the Boys Town method?
The Boys Town Education Model® is a school-based intervention strategy that focuses on managing behavior, building relationships, and teaching social skills. It emphasizes preventive and proactive practices rather than reactive responses to deal with student behavior.
What age is Boys Town for?
We provide a family for children ages 10 to 18. Six to eight boys or girls live in each single-family home with a married couple called Family-Teachers®. We treat children ages 5 to 17 who have severe behavioral and mental health problems.
