Tuition Express is the easiest and safest child care billing software. Tuition Express takes the hassle out of child care billing. This child care billing software gives your child care center all of the touchless payment options you need — electronic fund transfer (EFT), online or completely automated.
How do I pay on MyProcare?
Log into your MyProcare account
- Go to MyProcare.com and log in. If you haven’t already set up an account, just use the email address you have on file with your child care provider to get started.
- Once you’ve logged in: Choose the Pay button. Fill in the credit card information and the amount.
Is tuition Express down?
Tuition Express is up and fully operational.
How do I get a refund on tuition Express?
ACH refunds cannot be processed in Procare Online or Tuition Express. The school will need to refund manually via check or cash or leave the payment as a credit on the account. You can initiate credit card refunds in Procare Online, that money will be returned to the payment card.
How do I set up my tuition Express?
Personal Setup Call Normally you’ll receive a call from us within 1-2 days after receiving your Tuition Express packet or contact Tuition Express directly at: 1 (888) 419-5033. If you prefer, you can configure the overall Tuition Express settings on your own (see below).
Where do I pay tuition GMU?
The Bill and Payment System can be accessed through the Services area of the Patriot Web login page, https://patriotweb.gmu.edu/. Students may also make payments through the Account Detail for Term page, located in the Student Account area of Patriot Web.
Is procare and MyProcare the same?

Depending on whether the purchase was returned in-person or online, receiving a credit card refund for a returned item could take only a few business days or as many as six weeks.

- Enter a password of TE01 and click Download.
