Boy Scouts of America. Scouting’s Journey to Excellence (JTE) is the BSA’s planning, performance, and recognition program designed to encourage and reward the success of our units, districts, and councils. It is meant to encourage excellence in providing a quality program at all levels of the BSA.

Where do webelo patches go?

Webelos have the following patch/shirt options centered on the left pocket: —The oval-shaped Webelos badge can be worn by itself on the tan shirt only. —The diamond-shaped Webelos emblem along with other rank badges can be worn on either the tan or navy blue shirt.
